Arizona and Louisville face off Sunday after both teams lost devastating matches in the College World Series.
The Wildcats fell to No. 13 Coastal Carolina after a furious three-run eighth inning by the Chanticleers to sink the Wildcats.
Meanwhile, the Cardinals lost to No. 8 Oregon State on a late-inning RBI double in the ninth to deliver the win for the Beavers.
The two sides now meet for a pivotal match to keep their season alive.
Louisville’s third baseman, Jake Munroe, is one of the men to watch for the Cardinals. He had 17 doubles, 23 home runs, and drove in 81 this season. He had two hits against Oregon State.
Arizona shortstop Mason White homered against Coastal Carolina, following 19 home runs during the regular season. White hit .305 with 55 runs scored, 10 doubles, two triples and 65 RBI.
