  • Where to watch Inter Milan vs. Urawa Red Diamonds live stream, TV channel, start time for FIFA Club World Cup match

Looking for their first victory in the tournament, Inter Milan will face Japanese club Urawa Red Dragons in their second FIFA Club World Cup clash on Saturday.

Inter Milan started their FIFA Club World Cup with a disappointing 1-1 draw against Monterrey at the Rose Bowl. After a disastrous performance in the UEFA Champions League final earlier this month, Christian Chivu’s side began their hunt for glory with high hopes but failed miserably in a shocking draw in their tournament opener. The Italian giants are currently sitting at the third spot in Group E with one point.

Meanwhile, the Japanese League club Urawa Red Diamonds were outperformed by River Plate 1-3 in their opening match. The only goal came from Yusuke Matsuo in the 58th minute, and that too through a penalty. The Red Devils have been inconsistent in their last few matches, winning just one match across their last five outings. Moreover, Maciej Skorza’s side currently has one win in their last 11 away games, signifying their poor gameplay away from home.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.

Inter Milan vs. Urawa Red Diamonds predicted lineups, team news

After missing the previous game against Monterrey, midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu (thigh) could again join Davide Frattesi and Denzel Dumfries (both muscular) on the bench, as the trio has been sidelined with their respective injuries, and there is a high possibility that they can return for their final league match against River Plate.

Piotr Zielinski (calf) and Yann Bisseck (thigh) are also injured, and they are highly doubtful to return for this clash or before the knockout stages. Marcus Thuram is still struggling with his flexor issue; his participation in the weekend’s clash will remain a major doubt.

Joaquin Correa and Marko Arnautovic have left the club on free transfers, and striker Mehdi Taremi won’t be traveling to the United States for this game.

Inter Milan predicted XI (3-5-2, right to left): Sommer (GK) — Pavard, De Vrij, Bastoni — Zalewski, Barella, Asllani, Sucic, Dimarco — F. P. Esposito, Martinez.

As for the Urawa Red Diamonds, they have a full fit available for this match, but the only absentee will be midfielder Kai Shibato.

Midfielder Ryoma Watanabe has been a top gun for the Urawa Reds, scoring 6 times in his last 18 appearances this season.

Urawa Red Diamonds predicted XI (4-2-3-1, right to left): Nishikawa (GK) — Ishihara, Boza, Hoibraten, Naganuma — Gustafson, Yasui — Watanabe, Savio, Sekine — Matsuo.
