On Sunday, the NFL will be playing the league’s second-ever game in Spain, with the Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals clashing at the Santiago Bernabeu in Madrid. Prediction markets like ProphetX give fans a marquee option to get in on the action, with ample markets available.

Joe Burrow and his Bengals are coming off a monster offensive game with 43 points and over 500 yards of total offense. Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and Chase Brown all hit 100 yards for the first time together all season, which came as a welcome sight. They may not find as much success against a tougher defense in Atlanta, but their fourth-straight game with 30 or more points is within reason.

The Falcons, on the other hand, are in a different boat. Atlanta let Tampa Bay throw only three passes last week, yet the Falcons were still blanked 16-0. Michael Penix likely won’t have a game worse than what he had in Week 9, but the Bengals should be able to put some pressure on him. They have the third-most sacks in the league (23), and more of that could be in order overseas.

ProphetX value plays for Falcons vs. Bengals

It’s hard to find bad things to say about this Bengals offense for the last several weeks. They’ve tallied 30 or more points in three straight weeks, which have all cashed in for wins. A Falcons team coming off a loss where Baker Mayfield didn’t even need to complete a pass should be an easy hurdle for Cincinnati to leap over in Madrid.

Realistically, Atlanta has only two legitimate offensive weapons: Bijan Robinson and Drake London. Both players do rely on Michael Penix Jr. to play well, and he’ll be looking to bounce back from the worst game of his career (125 PaYds, 4 INTs). It’s much easier to trust Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins over the Falcons’ big three, and one of the league’s best offenses (288.4 PaYds/game, 1st in NFL; 29.4 PPG, 2nd in NFL) should rival Real Madrid for the show they’ll put on at the Bernabeu.

No player on the Falcons is more integral to offensive success than Robinson is. As good as he’s been for the most part this season, the former Texas Longhorn hasn’t hit this rushing benchmark in four straight games. Outside of playing the weak rushing defenses of New Orleans and Green Bay, Robinson hasn’t finished with over 92.5 rushing yards at all this season.

The Falcons’ back has found his way to big roles in the team’s receiving offense as well, which could hinder any chances to tally some extra rushing yards. Cincinnati is averaging 122.3 rushing yards per game this season, so this could come down to the wire. However, they just held Derrick Henry to only 45 yards on the ground two weeks ago, so the Bengals have shown they have what it takes to limit a top-tier rusher.

Burrow is coming off his best game of the season after he went 38-of-48 for 462 passing yards and five touchdowns against the Titans. His line for Sunday’s game could be slightly overinflated because of this, but he’s always a threat to throw the ball an ample number of times. Chase Brown hasn’t been tremendous this season, which has been helping Burrow and Cincinnati’s receivers get more of a workload in moving the ball down the field.

Outside of Baker Mayfield’s historic THREE pass attempts last week and Tyler Huntley hurling the ball 32 times, every quarterback has hit this line when playing the Falcons this season. A quarterback like Burrow is more than capable of reaching 36 or more pass attempts, even if the game is overseas.
