Travis Kelce is ready for his first holiday season as a husband.
“I’m excited for my first holiday as a married man,” Kelce told Women’s Wear Daily.
The Kansas City Chiefs star married Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday, July 3.
He continued, “I love all the old traditions and can’t wait to start some new ones. I start celebrating as that tree goes up.”
Ahead of the holiday season, Kelce is back with Tommy Hilfiger in their winter 2026 holiday campaign called “The Perfect Holiday,” which they released on Nov. 5.
“Hi, I’m Travis Kelce, and this is my perfect holiday,” Kelce said in the promo video. “I have a night game on Christmas Day, and with my entire family, I’m excited for this year to be my first Christmas as a married man. In this perfect world, what am I wearing? We got any Tommy Christmas onesies somewhere?”
In the promo, he also shared that he looks forward to his mom Donna Kelce’s blueberry muffins during the holiday season.
Kelce has been a part of the Hilfiger family as a global brand ambassador and creative collaborator since March. The three-time Super Bowl champion starred in his first promo with the designer during the fall campaign alongside him and Swift’s dog, Wendy.
How Will Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Spend Christmas?
This holiday season will be special after the couple hit a new milestone in their relationship. According to a source, per popular British celebrity journalist and gossip columnist Rob Shuter’s Nice But Naughty Substack, a source weighed in on what the couple is dealing with.
“Neither wants to disappoint their parents, but they also don’t want their first Christmas as a married couple to become a tug-of-war. They want everyone to feel included,” the source claimed.
“They think bringing everyone together is the perfect answer. They get to start their own traditions without making either family feel they’ve lost out. It’s about creating one big family Christmas,” the source told Shuter.
In 2023 and 2025, the Chiefs hosted the Christmas Day game at Arrowhead Stadium, where Swift cheered him on. The 2024 Christmas Day game was held at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to face the Steelers, and Swift was not in attendance for that matchup. This year marks the first time in several seasons that the Chiefs are not scheduled for a Christmas game, so the possibilities for the newlyweds are endless.
