Manchester United are desperate for a good season under Ruben Amorim.

Amorim has secured three huge attacking threats for United in Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Sesko.

The club is also hoping for better performances from players who have been with the team, and a pair of players looking to improve their form have now been spotted back in training.

Which United duo is back in training?

With the Premier League season approaching fast, Amorim has been given a double injury boost, as both Andre Onana and Joshua Zirkzee are back in training.

Neither player has featured in United’s preseason thus far, and the club is playing their final preseason match against Fiorentina on August 9.

Onana suffered a hamstring injury in July, and the Cameroonian has been pushing to be fit before United’s opener against Arsenal

Zirkzee suffered an injury towards the end of the season; however, he did manage to make an appearance in the Europa League final.

The forward has been suffering from a different injury during the preseason, but the club is confident he’ll be fit for the beginning of the season.

Amorim will be hoping for better seasons from both players, especially Onana, who had previously been linked with a move away from United.
