The Pittsburgh Steelers have an injury concern with defensive tackle Derrick Harmon in the first half of the Week 4 game against the Cleveland Browns.

It isn’t clear exactly on what play Harmon got hurt, but he was seen getting carted to the locker room in the second quarter.

UPDATE: The Steelers announced that Harmon is questionable to return with a foot injury.

He is currently being evaluated in the locker room, which isn’t a good sign for his chances of returning to the game.

As we noted, Harmon was carted to the locker room. It isn’t clear what he’s dealing with.

Harmon was the No. 21 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft.

He posted 27 tackles, three sacks, one tackle for loss, one pass defensed and five QB hits in 12 games during his rookie campaign.

In three contests this season, Harmon was tallied 1.5 sacks, 12 tackles, including one for loss, two QB hits and one forced fumble.

Losing Harmon would be a tough blow for the Steelers’ defense.
