ESPN’s College GameDay is heading back to Salt Lake City. The network announced Sunday that Utah will host college football’s top pregame show next Saturday ahead of its Big 12 matchup against No. 17 Cincinnati.

The Utes (6-2, 3-2 Big 12) are coming off a dominant 53-7 win over Colorado and are back in the polls for the first time in over a year. The Bearcats (7-1, 5-0 Big 12) head to Rice-Eccles Stadium for one of the league’s most anticipated offensive showdowns. Utah averages 38.9 points per game, which is second in the Big 12, with  Cincinnati ranking third at 38.3 points per game. Both programs remain firmly in the conference title hunt, but neither are true frontrunners.

This marks the second time in as many seasons that the Utes have hosted the ESPN crew, following their Oct. 28, 2023, appearance for a matchup with Oregon. It’s also the second national pregame show to visit Salt Lake City this fall. FOX’s “Big Noon Kickoff” was on campus Sept. 20 when Texas Tech defeated Utah in its Big 12 opener.

GameDay’s 2025 schedule has included visits to Columbus, Norman, Knoxville, Coral Gables, Happy Valley, Tuscaloosa, Eugene, Athens, and Nashville. Next weekend’s trip to Salt Lake City will be the 10th stop of the season.

Utes and Bearcats are set for a 10:15 p.m. ET kickoff on ESPN.
