Heading into Week 7 of the 2026 NFL season, the Cleveland Browns are the unexpected AFC North division leaders, sitting at 4-2. This Browns team has played a lot better than most have expected, and they might be getting better.

With the Browns set to face off against the 1-5 Tennessee Titans in Week 7, there’s a real chance that Cleveland is 5-2 on the season, which would be quite the surprising start to the year. Fortunately for the Browns, this Titans game just got a bit easier as well.

According to Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot, the Browns got some great news on Saturday on running back Dylan Sampson and safety Grant Delpit, with both key players set to return on Sunday against the Titans.

Dylan Sampson and Grant Delpit set to play for Browns in Week 7

“Browns have activated RB Dylan Sampson from IR and he’ll face the Titans; S Grant Delpit cleared the concussion protocol and is expected to play. Teven Jenkins (back) on IR,” Cabot reports.

This is some great news for the Browns, as getting both of these players back for this matchup is huge. While the Titans aren’t the best team in the NFL, they’re coming off their first win of the season and could pose a challenge for the Browns.

But with Sampson set to come back from injured reserve, the Browns now have their pass-catching, change-of-pace RB back on the roster.

Quinshon Judkins, who missed Week 6 due to injury, is also good to go, so the Browns finally have a healthy running back room, which is good timing against a tough Titans defensive line.

The return of Delpit is also very big for this team. He’s one of the team’s best defenders, and having him good to go after a concussion scare following Week 6 is a huge boost for the defense.

With momentum on the Browns side, they’ve just gotten two key players back from injury for their Week 7 matchup against the Titans, with Cleveland trying to get a win to stay at the top of the AFC North heading into Week 8 when they’d face the Pittsburgh Steelers.
