The NFL season has been speeding along; it’s hard to believe that Week 7 is already here. The slates have been heating up now that every team is in full gear, and this weekend is no different.
After New England and Chicago got the action going on Thursday night, Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals head down to Baltimore to take on Derrick Henry and their AFC North rival, the Ravens. The Atlanta Falcons hosting the 6-0 San Francisco 49ers rounds out the 1 p.m. ET window.
The Los Angeles Rams head inland to take on the Las Vegas Raiders during the 4 p.m. ET slate. Both of these sides have been struggling to keep their heads above water, and Los Angeles will have to navigate without Davante Adams. The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers should give fans a shootout of a contest thanks to both of their strong offenses, and Detroit’s defense has been nothing short of depressing through five games.
To round out the weekend, Kenneth Walker and the Kansas City Chiefs will play Walker’s former team, the Seattle Seahawks, in the Pacific Northwest, while the Philadelphia Eagles host the Dallas Cowboys in a battle of struggling NFC East teams.

NFL Week 7 expert picks
The slate has multiple openings that are solid-looking plays for Week 7. Here is a roundup of the most attractive spreads, moneyline and total bets.
Best NFL Week 7 spread bets
The Panthers used their bye week to their advantage and cruised to victory against Philadelphia in Week 6. Now, their offense that has finished with back-to-back weeks with over 400 in total yardage will host a Tampa Bay side whose 2026 campaign has been miserable through six games. The Buccaneers have been exploited in the air this season, even if their rushing defense is in the top-2 in terms of rushing yards allowed (75.5 RuYds/game). That’s wonderful news for Carolina, as they host the league’s best passing offense. Young should be throwing all over the gridiron this Sunday, and the fourth-highest scoring offense will rack up a big lead over Tampa, even if Baker Mayfield returns from injury.
The Rams’ kicking woes continued this past Sunday after newly-signed Blake Grupe tore his ACL. They lost 18-16 against a Cardinals team that was riding a four-game losing streak. Los Angeles has shown to be a team of many mysteries when it comes to which offensive player will complement Puka Nacua, and that inconsistency could be damaging. The Raiders have allowed 30 or more points to opponents for three weeks in a row, and Coach McVay has too many weapons at his disposal. They’ll have to suffice without Davante Adams for the foreseeable future, but the Rams’ defense should prevent Las Vegas from working the ball down the field.
It’s not often one of the league’s two offensive teams can be wagered on as an underdog, so bettors should flock to this line. Outside of Jaxon Smith-Njigba, no one on the Seahawks’ offense has been great this year. Sam Darnold is second only to Justin Herbert with the most interceptions in the league this season (7), and that could be exploited by a defense averaging 1.8 takeaways per game (4th in the NFL). Patrick Mahomes has looked great this season, and Kenneth Walker has potential for a vast workload against his former team. He’s scored two touchdowns in four out of the five games he’s played this season. A revenge game is in order for the league’s leading rusher, and his team will profit off his efforts.

Best NFL Week 7 over/under bets
The Giants haven’t been great at preventing opponents from putting points on the board. New York’s opponent has scored 24 or more points in three straight weeks, and with how well C.J. Stroud has been playing, that could prove to be problematic. Houston’s quarterback has risen to the league’s No. 2 spot in passing yards with 1,714 on the season; he’ll be looking to sling it this week. In addition, the Texans’ defense hasn’t been as formidable as many NFL fans thought they’d be. They’ve been surprisingly vulnerable against the pass (246 opp. PaYds/game, 6th-most). The Giants’ rushing attack hasn’t been a strong suit for the team, and both Jameis Winston and J.J. McCarthy have found their own success this season. Don’t be afraid of Houston’s hyped defense; take the over here.
In a direct parallel to hyped defenses, the Detroit Lions are returning to the action after their bye week against Jordan Love and Green Bay’s stellar passing offense. Every Detroit opponent (including the NY Jets) has scored at least 24 points, with four of them going north of 30. The Lions offense has done what it’s supposed to (2nd in PPG, 3rd in PaYds), but they just can’t prevent their opponents from marching the ball down the field. Enter Jordan Love and a Green Bay side that can ONLY pass the ball in terms of advancing the ball. Josh Jacobs should be back this week, but he doesn’t need to have a large role for this team to win their fourth straight game. Points should be flying in this matchup from both sidelines.

Best NFL Week 7 player props
After his team suffered a brutal loss to Arizona last week, Kyren Williams didn’t sound too happy about a workload of only 10 carries. The added noise, along with the fact that LA is 2-4 and they’ll be down their second-best WR, could wake McVay up and give Williams more opportunities. Despite last game, he has five touchdowns to his name this season, and he does still get his red zone looks. Blake Corum has a TD in the last two games, but there are more opportunities to be had with Adams out.
Hubbard has been a monster for the last three weeks. He’s tallied 110+ all-purpose yards in every week to complement a total of three touchdowns. Tampa allows the second-fewest rushing yards per game this season (75.5 Opp. RuYds/game), so Carolina may have to give Hubbard more targets as a pass-catcher. Tetairoa McMillan and Jalen Coker have been fighting over targets all season, but the Panthers’ RB has been a constant as of late. Even against a tough Buccaneers offense, Hubbard should have no problem hitting this line.

Best NFL Week 7 parlay
- Texans to win ML (vs. Giants)
- Jets to win ML (vs. Dolphins)
- Vikings to win ML (vs. Colts)
- Rams to win ML (vs. Raiders)
- Odds: (+239 on theScore Bet)
This parlay covers a large window of action on Sunday. A four-leg play, like any parlay, does pose its own risks even with a string of heavily-favored lines. The Texans kick off Week 7 when they host the Giants at Reliant Stadium, while the Jets will face off against their division rival, the Dolphins, in East Rutherford. The Vikings are looking to continue their undefeated season when they play against the Colts in front of their home Skol faithful, and the Rams need to get their season back on track on the road in Las Vegas against the Raiders.

Best NFL Week 7 same game parlay
- DET Lions vs. GB Packers O 53.5 points
- Matthew Golden 70+ receiving yards
- Christian Watson anytime TD
- Odds: (+460 on DraftKings)
The Lions defense has allowed an abominable 297.4 passing yards per game this season, which is music to the Green Bay receivers’ ears. Christian Watson and Matthew Golden have each been able to feast alongside each other, and their consistent workload shouldn’t falter this week. Watson was quiet against Dallas, and it was actually Golden who got Green Bay’s lone receiving TD. Watson tallied two touchdowns against the Bears earlier this season after he didn’t get into the end zone in Week 4.
Golden has three touchdowns in his last four games, and he’s coming off of back-to-back triple-digit receiving-yard outings. He’s been a great deep-ball threat for Love, and Detroit’s defense has been easy to push down the field. If Green Bay can survive what Jahmyr Gibbs and Amon-Ra St. Brown put out, they should prevail. This game should sail over.

Best NFL Week 7 teaser
One of the most underutilized bet types nowadays is teaser wagers. They allow you to pick a certain betting point total and apply it to more than one bet. For this one, we opted for a six-point teaser to alter the San Francisco’s original three-point favorite line to a three-point underdog. As a trade-off, the Seahawks and Chiefs matchup could house more points than fans could think, so it can’t hurt to add a six-point cushion to raise its original 42.5 total line to 48.5.
