Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are saying goodbye to their Spring, Texas home.
The Olympian shared that she and Owens have sold the home that she and the NFL star had for over six years and reminisced about all the memories they had there. Biles shared in a TikTok video on Tuesday, Oct. 22, as she got emotional about the process.
“Today is the first day the house is going to be on the market,” Biles said. “Why the f— am I boohoo crying? F—. This house will be on the market for the first time, and I don’t know why I’m boohoo crying.”
@simonebilesowens the house sold in 4 days 😭 I was so excited to put in air freshners for the potential buyers & showing Jonathan the last look. I just cried instead… anyone else? #emotionallyattached ♬ original sound – Simone Biles
“I was here for six years, and I feel like there were just so many good memories, so many bad memories,” she continued. “But I feel like I grew up in this house. It’s made me a real adult, so I’m gonna miss it. Ugh, I didn’t think I’d be emotional about a house.”
In the video, Biles took fans on a tour of the house where the rooms were bare with no furniture, as well as the backyard, which included a swimming pool. Towards the end of the video, the Olympian got teary-eyed again, sharing how much she wants the house to be as special to them as it was to her.
“Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me,” she concluded.
The home sold between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors, per KHOU. She bought the home in 2020, and according to her caption, it sold in four days. The home was listed on Sept. 26 and closed on Oct. 15. It has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sits on over 1 acre of land.
Prior to this home update, Owens and Biles — who got married in 2023 — shared last year that they finished building their waterfront mansion in November 2025. The home is located in the Spring/Greater Houston area and is complete with a laundry room with four machines, a dog room, a primary bedroom with a cozy fireplace, and an in-ground trampoline for the Olympian to jump in the comfort of her own home.
