In what is one of the most anticipated Premier League league games ever, Liverpool host Manchester City two weeks on from the seismic announcement that has rocked the football world.

It makes Anfield the most fitting of locations for the resumption of this campaign.

Andoni Iraola will look to feed off the expected incredible noise of the home fans — who will cheer their own players and hound those in City blue — while Enzo Maresca and his players will have to be ready for the first day of the rest of their season.
