  • How many points did Caitlin Clark score today? Full stats, results, highlights from Fever vs. Liberty game

After the longest absence of her basketball career, Caitlin Clark returned to the Indiana Fever lineup — and to say she made the most of it would be an understatement.

Clark missed each of Indiana’s past five games but returned three weeks after her last outing. The challenge? The defending champion New York Liberty, who entered to Gainbridge Fieldhouse with a flawless 9-0 record.

Interestingly enough, Clark’s last time on the court was against the defending champs in a game that came down to the wire. This time around, Clark & Co. left no doubt, using a few big second-half spurts to pull away and hand the shorthanded New York side its first loss of the 2025 season.

Caitlin Clark highlights vs. New York Liberty

If there were any questions, Clark is back and in full effect.

She began her afternoon with a sleek backdoor pass to Kelsey Mitchell and after beginning as a playmaker, quickly found her stride as a scorer, too.

Late in the first quarter, Clark went into complete takeover mode, scoring nine points in 38 seconds, all courtesy of three quick contested long 3-pointers.

Yeah, she was feeling it.

Clark turned in the best half of her young career, scoring 25 points while shooting an uber-efficient 9-of-13 from the field, including 6-of-9 from 3-point range. It’s worth noting that the WNBA record for 3-pointers in a game is nine, set multiple times.

After the hot start, Clark added just one more 3 to her tally but finished the night with 32 points, eight rebounds and nine assists.
