Haas Formula 1 driver Esteban Ocon has given his fans the opportunity to design his helmet for the 2025 Brazilian Grand Prix.
The race, held in Sao Paulo, is set to take place on 7-9 November, and fans will have until 31 August to submit their designs.
This comes a year after Ocon secured a surprise podium finish with his then-team-mate Pierre Gasly. The two Frenchmen joined Max Verstappen in the top three, Ocon in second and Gasly in third, with a double Alpine podium.
“As you know, Brazil means a lot to me, you know, Interlagos,” Ocon explained in an Instagram video. “I got a lot of support, a lot of fans, and obviously fantastic memories from 2024, but not only [2024], every year I go there is extra special.
“And so, I got a little surprise for you guys, something special that I wanted to do for a long time. So I decided that you can design my helmet for the 2025 Brazilian Grand Prix.”
The Haas driver will then choose his favourite design to wear during the whole Brazilian Grand Prix weekend.
Ocon, who currently sits 10th in the drivers’ standings, joined Haas at the beginning of 2025 after parting ways with Alpine at the end of 2024. The 28-year-old recently opened up on the split with the French team, revealing that there were multiple areas that they did not agree on.

“You never smile to see someone struggling,” he explained when asked about Alpine’s 2025 struggles.
“But yeah, I mean, to me, it was very clear that I wanted to come here, for a very long time. I took my decision and it was clear that we were not aiming for the same things with the team, and that I needed a new challenge. We were not going to go forward together. We didn’t agree on so many things.
“They’ve been quick in Bahrain and some of the tracks. I mean, they’re going to be working on themselves as well. In one race, you can recover the deficit you have. So even though they’re last now, it doesn’t mean that’s where they’ll finish.
“We need to keep an eye on everyone and do the best we can on our side. But yeah, I definitely feel good here. As I said, Alpine will always remain a special place in my heart – having the winning car at home, and what we’ve achieved together. But for sure, we will erase the late part of my career there.”
