A championship will soon be crowned at the Little League Softball World Series. 

The eight-day, 22-game sprint from Greenville, North Carolina, begins with a four-game slate on Sunday, Aug. 3. Action wraps up with the championship game on Sunday, Aug. 10. 

Twelve teams — eight representing regions across the U.S. and four international outfits — are divided into two brackets for tournament play. The winners of each bracket will meet in the aforementioned championship game. 

Last year, Pitt County Girls Softball Little League captured the championship. The team from Winterville, North Carolina, is among the 12-team field this year, vying for its third championship game appearance in the last three years.

How to watch Little League Softball World Series

Select games of the 2025 Little League Softball World Series will air live on national TV, with ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2 set to provide coverage. Viewers can stream those games live with Fubo.

The 2025 Little League Softball World Series begins on Sunday, Aug. 3, and concludes with the championship game on Sunday, Aug. 10. Games will be played at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park in Greenville, North Carolina.
