Zay Flowers is the Baltimore Ravens‘ No. 1 wide receiver, yet he has done nothing over the first two quarters of the Week 8 game against the Buffalo Bills.

As we enter the third quarter, Flowers has just two targets and zero catches in what has been a disastrous day for the former first-round pick.

Here’s a closer look at what’s going on with Flowers and the Raven’s passing attack, which has struggled mightily overall.

Is Zay Flowers playing today?

Yes, Flowers is healthy and active, and he has three targets now after getting another early in the third quarter, but he has not reeled in a catch.

The answer for Flowers’ struggles is quite simple: the Ravens lost both Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley to injuries.

Now, Baltimore is depending on rookie quarterback Joe Fagnano, an undrafted signal-caller out of UConn.

And, as you’d expect, that has greatly hindered Flowers’ opportunity to produce anything on Sunday.

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t expect things to change much for Flowers.
