Trinity Rodman took inspiration from Bikini Bottom for her Halloween costume this year.

Rodman shared on Instagram on Oct. 28 that she is Patrick Star, a fan favorite from the hit cartoon, SpongeBob SquarePants. While Patrick is a main character, she made her costume her own by using a viral meme from a scene in the show.

The Washington Spirit star chose the meme when Patrick is wearing fishnets and leather high-heeled boots during the “Goofy Goober Rock” musical sequence in the 2004 film, SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.

For Rodman’s take on the costume, she wore a pink long-sleeve bodysuit to mimic Patrick’s salmon-colored skin with black fishnets under her knee-high black leather boots, green shorts with the same design Patrick wears in the show, a pink wig with curls at the bottom, and to top it all off, she wore Patrick-framed glasses with his face on them.

“Halloween is the best,” she captioned the post.

Fans couldn’t get enough of the soccer star’s unique costume and shared how much they adored her look.

“Is this the Krusty Krab? No, this is Patrick,” the Uninterrupted Instagram account wrote, referencing one of the character’s signature lines.

One fan shared she is getting her whole family into the SpongeBob SquarePants look this year, writing, “Not me having the same costume and my husband will be SpongeBob and baby Gary.

“Epic 10/10,” a fan gave Rodman for her costume.

The Spirit star’s costume follows her making her Victoria’s Secret debut on the runway last week. When asked how it compares to a match, she shared backstage how her nerves were before she hit the stage.

“I mean there’s a lot of differences. It’s very nerve-wracking, Rodman said before the event. “I would say I’m more nervous for this than probably a World Cup game.”

Rodman is having some fun this week for now; the Spirit will be on the field to play their final regular-season match on Nov. 1 against the Chicago Stars.
