The National Dance Alliance (NDA) is returning to Orlando this weekend to host the 2026 High School Nationals. 

Known as one of the most prestigious dance competitions in the country, the NDA High School Nationals consistently bring together the best junior high, junior varsity and varsity squads to compete for a variety of titles. 

NDA is known for its high-quality production-focused performances, making the Nationals an extremely entertaining watch. This weekend, teams will be broken into age divisions and style categories like Jazz, Pom, Hip-Hop and Team.

Where to watch NDA High School Nationals: TV channel, live stream

The 2026 NDA High School Nationals will not be broadcast on national television. Instead, fans can stream the action live on Varsity TV and the FloSports app, which provide subscribers with access to live streams, event replays and FloSports Originals.

When are the 2026 NDA High School Nationals?

  • Date: Saturday, Feb. 14 – Monday, Feb. 16
  • Time: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET

The NDA High School Nationals will take place Saturday, Feb. 14 through Monday, Feb. 16 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, depending on the flow of competition. The Nationals will be held in the the Hilton Orlando Ballroom in Orlando, Fla.

Over the three days of competition, preliminary and semifinal rounds will take place on Saturday and Sunday morning, with final rounds and championship presentations coming later on Sunday evening and Monday.
