Serena Williams took to social media to tease her buzz-worthy Super Bowl ad.

In the clip, she flaunts her dramatic weight loss in an ab-baring top and pleated skirt, as a spotlight dramatically shines from above. As the image spins around, the date of the big Seahawks-Patriots match-up appears.

“Game on 🏈,” she captioned her Wednesday, January 28 Instagram share.

The commercial is for Ro, which sells GLP-1 meds such as Ozempic. Williams has been ambassador for the company since late summer 2025.

“Let’s go!!!! 🔥 🔥,” commented one fan.

“Queen of the court as always 👑 🎾 🤍,” raved another. “Mood: winning every match, on and off the court 😎.”

“You radiate so much joy and confidence,” added a third. “The GOAT, always…Queen of everything.”

“The goal behind ‘Healthier on Ro’ is to destigmatize the drug and promote its other health benefits beyond weight loss,” reports Ad Week in a January 28 article about the campaign to be featured in Williams’ Super Bowl 60 ad.
