Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren is trending toward playing in the Week 3 game against the Tennessee Titans.
Warren popped up on the injury report for the first time this season on Wednesday, when he was listed as a non-participant due to a toe injury, which immediately put his status for Week 3 up in the air.
However, Warren showed signs that he was progressing well through the injury on Thursday, when he returned to practice in a limited fashion.
There was more good news to report on Warren on Friday from Colts practice.
Tyler Warren practices again on Friday
According to James Boyd of The Athletic, Warren was once again taking part in practice on Friday.
Here’s the receipt from Boyd.

We don’t have his exact participation level yet, as the Colts haven’t put out their final injury report, but this is nevertheless a great sign for Warren’s chances of playing on Sunday.
Warren has been one of the biggest standouts among rookies through two weeks of the season and is already looking like a stellar draft pick for general manager Chris Ballard.
The No. 14 overall pick reeled in seven receptions for 76 yards in his NFL debut in Week 1, and then followed that up with four catches for 79 yards in Week 2.
The only thing Warren is missing at this point is a touchdown, but that’s going to come.
