F1: The Movie has been released on streaming platforms after exceeding $600million at the global box office.
F1, directed by Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, has seen considerable success since its 25 June international release and 27 June release in North America, becoming Brad Pitt’s most successful film.
Pitt was joined by co-stars Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies and Kim Bodnia. Co-produced by seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, the movie was filmed during actual F1 race weekends, with the drivers from the past couple of seasons also featuring in the blockbuster.

F1 has been released on streaming services, including Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Sky Store.
How to stream F1: The Movie
F1 is available across various streaming platforms, each of which runs on a subscription basis. The Brad Pitt-led film is not yet available for free on these platforms, and is currently priced at £15.99-£19.99.
Apple TV currently offers a subscription of £9.99 per month or £89 for an annual subscription.
Amazon Prime Video is included in the Amazon Prime membership, which is available for £8.99 per month or £95 per year. Viewers can rent F1 for £15.99 or purchase it for £19.99.
Sky offers a wider variety of deals, ranging from £15-£55 per month, depending on what the user includes in the package. On Sky Store, F1 is priced the same as on Amazon Prime Video for both rental and purchase.

The impact of F1: The Movie on Formula 1
F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali recently gave details on the impact of the film during an earnings call.
“Driven by both an exciting season on track and cultural buzz around the F1 movie, F1 drew its largest reach ever on social media in the second quarter with over 20 billion total social impressions, growing over 100% compared to the second quarter of the last year,” he explained.
“In June, the movie was released to the world. The movie was the largest global opening weekend ever for a Brad Pitt film and was shown on more than 44,000 screens across 80 markets.
“In its first five weeks, the F1 movie saw global box office sales over $500million, becoming the highest-grossing Apple film to date. The film will be released on Apple TV later this year and will continue to strengthen fan engagement with our sport.”
