One team is on the verge of Little League glory.
The 2025 Little League World Series championship game arrives Sunday afternoon in South Williamsport, where Chinese Taipei, the champion from the international bracket, and Nevada, the champion from the U.S. bracket, will face off.
With over a week’s worth of games in the tournament concluded, Chinese Taipei and Nevada are the only teams alive. The former is the only undefeated team left at the Little League World Series after dominating the international bracket with pitching and defense. The latter has had a more challenging path, losing to Connecticut earlier this week before rebounding to upset them in the U.S. championship game.
Chinese Taipei is historically a Little League baseball powerhouse and is trying to win its record 18th title. Nevada has never had a Little League World Series champion. The stage is set for an epic title game on Sunday at Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pa.

All times ET.
4:36 p.m. — Nevada has its first hit! Chin-Tse’s perfect game and no-hit bids are over, as Garrett Gallegos gets one on the ground into left field. Whether Nevada can capitalize is another question, but they finally have something to work with.
4:34 p.m. — A smooth play from Jian Zih-De keeps the perfect game bid alive! The second baseman glides to his right, then throws out the runner at first to keep it 13 batters up, 13 down for the hard-throwing Chin-Tse.
End of fourth inning: Chinese Taipei 2, Nevada 0
4:29 p.m. — D’Ambrosio remained on the mound for Nevada in the bottom of the fourth, his final inning, but he gets the job done. A leadoff walk was D’Ambrosio’s fourth, but he gets the next three batters to move the championship game to the fifth inning. Nevada has six outs remaining to make a comeback attempt or even get its first hit against Chin-Tse.
4:20 p.m. — Chin-Tse can’t be stopped right now. It’s been 12 batters up, 12 batters down for Nevada, with the flamethrowing right-hander coasting on the mound to protect his team’s 2-0 lead. Chin-Tse has four strikeouts as well.
End of third inning: Chinese Taipei 2, Nevada 0
4:12 p.m. — Nevada gets out of the third inning with one more run allowed. However, this game is coming down to whether not they’ll be able to get anything going against Chin-Tse, who hasn’t allowed a baserunner through three innings. Will his dominance continue?
Chinese Taipei 2, Nevada 0
4:08 p.m. RBI SINGLE — Chinese Taipei pads its lead, as a bunt hit from Tsai Yu-Ge, plus a throwing error, allow Chen Shi-Rong to score. It’s 2-0 in the LLWS title game, and runners remain in scoring position after a double into center field.
4:01 p.m. — Lin Chin-Tse is cruising through three innings, with two strikeouts and no hits allowed to Nevada. Chinese Taipei will come back to the plate after a quick top of the third.
End of second inning: Chinese Taipei 1, Nevada 0
3:55 p.m. — Walks were a problem for D’Ambrosio in the bottom of the second, resulting in one run, but he avoids further damage as Chu Tzu-Ching grounds into a fielder’s choice to end the inning. Can Nevada answer?

3:47 p.m. WILD PITCH — Chinese Taipei takes the first lead of the game. Ho Fu-Yi walked, but on Ball 4, Luke D’Ambrosio’s pitch got away from the plate. A runner comes home and sneaks in, giving Chinese Taipei an advantage.

3:39 p.m. — It’s another 1-2-3 inning for Chin-Tse on the mound in the top of the second. Nevada’s bats are quiet through two opportunities.
