The American Legion World Series celebrates its 98th annual tournament in 2025.
The amateur baseball event takes place in Shelby, North Carolina, and is set to run across five days from Aug. 15 through Aug. 19 after rain wiped out the opening day of play.
Eight teams remain and will play in a pool to begin the first portion of the tournament. Teams are separated into two pools — “Stars” and “Stripes” — with each team playing three games before advancing to the knockout stages.
The top two teams from each division will play in the semifinals on Monday, Aug. 18. The championship will be the following day on Tuesday, Aug. 19.

How to watch American Legion World Series games
The 2025 American Legion World Series pool games will be available to live stream on ESPN+. The semifinals and championship game will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU. Fubo will also have a live stream available for the final three games.
