The Milwaukee Bucks’ offseason has revolved around their superstar, and his offseason has been quite intriguing on its own.

Over the past few months, the NBA world has watched as the Bucks attempt to put a perfect team around Giannis Antetokounmpo in hopes that he will stick around. While it appears that Antetokounmpo will begin next season in Milwaukee, he is currently looking to make his home country proud in EuroBasket.

Although EuroBasket’s group stage hasn’t officially started, there have been some exhibition games to get the event started. Antetokounmpo didn’t play in Greece’s most recent game, but that didn’t prevent him from making headlines.

In a recent video from a recent Greece game, Antetokounmpo is in a huddle with his teammates and wraps around to slap the back of his teammate’s head. Many fans on social media speculated that his teammate must have said something to invite such a response from Antetokounmpo, but others aren’t so sure.

Regardless of what the reasoning behind the slap was, it was a typical move from Antetokounmpo. The two-time MVP has never been afraid to show his passion and hold his teammates accountable, but he’s also not immune to simply slapping the back of a teammate’s head for fun.

As one of the most interesting personalities in the NBA, it’s unsurprising that Antetokounmpo’s personality is drawing some attention ahead of EuroBasket’s official start. With Antetokounmpo leading Greece, it could certainly have a shot at making some noise over the next few weeks, and the Bucks are certainly hoping for a similar fate when he gets back to Milwaukee for next season.
