It’s almost time for Big Ten volleyball, but first, Nebraska will participate in its annual Red-White Scrimmage.
A yearly tradition, the Red-White Scrimmage is designed to build hype around the Cornhuskers before regular season play. The lineup will be split into two teams — Red and White — for a head-to-head matchup in front of fans.

In previous years, this exhibition match has acted as game practice for the starting six, but this time around, that roster isn’t yet solidified. With a few key players graduated in the offseason, there are still current position battles for opposite, libero and second outside hitter.
This matchup can be pivotal for question marks like Taylor Landfair, Olivia Mauch and Laney Choboy to prove themselves to coach Dani Busboom Kelly.
