11:00 p.m. – Clayton produces another 3-2 session, as he now leads 6-4, going into break #2.
10:42 p.m. – Clayton leads 3-2 at break #1.
Stephen Bunting vs. Gary Anderson
10:13 p.m. – Bunting hits a 112 checkout to win an all-time classic game with Gary Anderson.
10:11 p.m. – Bunting takes an 11-10 lead. He has a chance to win the game if he gets match darts in the leg.
10:09 p.m. – Anderson holds it together in leg #20, forcing a tiebreaker scenario. A player must win by two clear legs.
10:06 p.m. – Anderson is fighting back, winning two legs in a row, to now only trail 9-10.
10:02 p.m. – Bunting’s scoring has gotten even better over the last few legs. He was a double away from a nine-darter, but still leads 10-7.
9:54 p.m. – Bunting has won the first three legs since coming out of break #2, and now leads 7-6.
9:42 p.m. – Anderson outscores Bunting 3-2 in session two, giving him an overall lead of 6-4.
9:38 p.m. – Anderson wins 2/3 legs to start session two, and now leads 5-3.
9:27 p.m. – Bunting holds his compsure together to win leg #5 after both players struggled to find the treble bed. Bunting trails 2-3 at the first break of action.
James Wade vs. Wessel Nijman
8:59 p.m. – Wade holds off Nijman, to win 11-5. He was 65% on doubles and averaged 102.53.
8:51 p.m. – Wade takes out his third 100+ finish of the match, now leading 8-4.
8:37 p.m. – James Wade takes out a 121 finish, extending his lead to 5-3.
8:27 p.m. – Nijman salvages session one with a double to hold throw in leg #5. He trails 2-3 at the first break of action
Danny Noppert vs. Gian van Veen
8:01 p.m. – van Veen comfortably holds on to beat Noppert 11-5.
7:51 p.m. – Noppert finds tops, but still trails 4-8 in a race to 11.
7:40 p.m. – Noppert is just 2/11 on doubles compared to van Veen’s 6/9. Noppert has now lost the last six legs and trails 2-6.
7:36 p.m. – van Veen wins the first leg out of the break, with a Shanghai (120) finish. He leads 4-2.
7:29 p.m. – After trailing 2-0, van Veen picks up the next three legs to lead 3-2 at the break. One of those three legs won was a huge 150 checkout.
