The Las Vegas Raiders are looking at a lot of new in 2025.

New head coach in Pete Carroll, check. New quarterback in Geno Smith, check. New running back in Ashton Jeanty, check.

The Raiders could probably use a freshening up of their wide receiver depth, though.

For The Win’s Cory Woodroof thinks they can find that from the Tennessee Titans in the form of former first-round pick Treylon Burks. He suggests just a conditional 2026 seventh-round pick would be enough to acquire Burks.

“Burks’ time in Tennessee feels nigh, as the former first-round receiver has struggled to live up to his draft status because of injuries,” Woodroof writes. “If any team in the NFL could take a flier on a former first-round wideout, it’s the Raiders. Las Vegas has real questions at receiver, and Burks could contend for a starting role or a key depth role in Chip Kelly’s offense. Particularly with quarterback Geno Smith throwing the ball, we’d love to see Burks try to really get his NFL career going with one of the most pass-happy quarterbacks in the NFL. While the Titans would probably have to settle for a late pick, a fresh start feels right for all parties involved. The Raiders could be a nice landing spot for Burks at this point, and the Titans could give its younger receivers more reps.”

Burks certainly fits the mold of a guy who just needs a fresh start.

Maybe it never pans out, but the Raiders would be pulling off this deal for almost nothing.

It’s worth it just to get the talented Burks in the building and see what he might be able to add to Vegas as yet another new face.
