For the first time in a long time, the WNBA Finals will feature two franchises that have yet to win a championship. Valkyries vs. Dream will get started with Game 1 on Saturday.

As the higher seed, the Valkyries will kick off the Finals in front of a rowdy home crowd in the Bay. Golden State is one step closer to history, and winning this series would cement them as the first and only expansion team to do so in just their second season. With Gabby Williams running point, that feat doesn’t seem so out of reach.

The Dream will be no walk in the park, though. This Atlanta team has been completely dominant in the postseason, winning five straight and sweeping both Washington and New York. Angel Reese is on fire after being named Defensive Player of the Year, and DeWanna Bonner has stepped up in Allisha Gray’s absence, whose return is still a question mark.

Who will start this series off with a bang?
