Canada and Great Britain will throw for gold Saturday in the men’s curling final at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Canada has already guaranteed it will medal for the seventh time in eight Olympics since curling returned to the Games, but it has been a long wait for gold. The Canadians last won the competition in 2014, when they defeated Team GB in the final.
The Brits lost to Sweden in the 2022 gold medal game and needed an upset to return to the final, taking down previously unbeaten Switzerland in the semis.
