After a week of Pro Bowl celebrations and build-up, Super Bowl Sunday is finally here. The Seattle Seahawks will take on the New England Patriots for a chance at etching their names in NFL history.
This is, of course, a rematch of the 2015 Super Bowl, which just so happens to be the last time the “12s” saw their beloved Seahawks in the big game.
From 2020 to 2024, Patriots fans endured four losing seasons. Subsequently, they hired former Patriots player Mike Vrabel as head coach, selected North Carolina’s Drake Maye, and have now recaptured the AFC championship.
Regarding Seattle, the Seahawks faced criticism for signing Sam Darnold, who only had one standout season in his NFL career. Now, just one season into his contract, the Seahawks are contending for a Super Bowl.
The Sporting News provides all the information you need to watch the Super Bowl.
