If your fantasy football season crashed and burned, smashing you down into a last place finish, there often is a league punishment for this shameful failure.

After years of viral chaos and managers taping handwritten warning signs to their windows, IHOP is officially “flipping the script” on the legendary fantasy loser 24-hour punishment.

The chain recently crowned Giants star Malik Nabers as the official face of the “24-Hour Challenge,” launching a “Bottomless Pancakes” campaign to turn last-place misery into a celebration. According to the official rules, the math is simple- stay for 24 hours, but shave off one hour for every pancake you devour.

While IHOP is leaning into the trend, Waffle House is tightening the belt. Influenced by viral threads like Leah Vann’s, many Waffle House locations now limit these “sentencing” sessions to Mondays through Wednesdays to avoid the weekend rush.

So, if you’re heading in to serve your time, grab a charger, a fork, and remember- at IHOP, the “pancake parole” is the only way out!
