The Syracuse men’s lacrosse program usually puts together one of the toughest schedules in the country, and this season is no different.

The 2026 slate begins Saturday at home against a ranked Boston University squad at 1 p.m. in the Dome, but as the schedule goes on, SU will actually be looking at multiple pieces of history, too.

The most notable part: The Orange will play six consecutive road games during the middle of the season. They haven’t done that since 1972, according to On SI.

Syracuse will also play at Harvard for the first time since 1985.

The schedule is lacking defending national champion Cornell, and there’s also no Hobart game after the in-state squad scrimmaged at SU in January.

Syracuse will still host Colgate.

And one other stat from On SI: All 15 opponents on the Syracuse schedule have played in the NCAA tourney within the last three seasons, and six of the opponents have won 10 of the last 12 national championships.
