A new year means a new season of golf, and the greatest show on grass is just around the corner. Everyone’s favorite tournament, the Waste Management Phoenix Open, is about to tee-off.
As the snow pours down, the clubs go up in Phoenix. One of the biggest tournaments of the PGA Tour, it marks just the fourth event of the season. Who will make their mark early in 2026?

Last year, Thomas Detry took home the nearly $10 million purse. Scottie Scheffler was the lastest American to do it, earning his second WM Open title in 2023. But each year is a fresh start, and it’s anyone’s game in Phoenix.

Passes are available in a handful of options.
If you want to see as much golf as possible, there are two weekly passes. The first grounds pass include tickets to the practice and pro-am rounds while the second grounds pass just includes officially tournament rounds. Or, you can buy tickets for just one day of the tournament from Monday through Sunday.
Additionally, you can purchase different tiers of tickets from General Admission to Club to Suites.
How much do Waste Management Open tickets cost?
Weekly grounds passes, whether it is the seven-day option or four-day option, costs at least $1,000.
Daily passes range from $20 for Monday’s practice round to $115 for Sunday’s final round.

WM Phoenix Open 2026 schedule, dates
The Waste Management Open will kick off on Saturday, Jan. 31 with a concert. However, the tournament officially begins the following Monday.
