With star power, legendary moments, and performances, the 2025 World Series between the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers has the makings of an instant classic. But will it go the distance?

Toronto opened the series with a win before falling into a 1-2 series deficit. The Jays remained calm, however, winning two straight at Dodger Stadium to take a 3-2 series lead as the series shifts back to the great north.

Now, there’s plenty at stake: Toronto is looking for its first World Series win in 32 years, while Los Angeles is looking to repeat as champions.

Game 6 of the World Series between the Blue Jays and Dodgers will be played on Friday, Oct. 31. The first pitch is scheduled to be thrown shortly after 8 p.m. ET.

Game 6 of the World Series between the Blue Jays and Dodgers will be played at the Rogers Centre, located in Toronto.

Games 1 and 2 of the series were also played in Toronto before the series shifted to Los Angeles for Games 3, 4 and 5. The Blue Jays have home-field advantage in the series.

If necessary, Game 7 of the World Series between the Blue Jays and Dodgers will be played on Saturday, Nov. 1. The first pitch would be thrown shortly after 8 p.m. ET.

If there is a Game 7 of the World Series between the Blue Jays and Dodgers, it will be played at the Rogers Centre, home of the Blue Jays.

Toronto has home-field advantage in this series because it posted a 94-68 record during the 2025 season. Because Los Angeles’ 93-69 record does not measure up, it must play Game 6 and a potential Game 7 on the road.
