The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs will lock horns on Sunday in yet another heavyweight clash that pits two genuine Super Bowl contenders against each other.
Much has been made of the odd form line in this game for both teams, with the Chiefs winning the last four games in the postseason against Buffalo, and conversely, the Bills have beaten the Chiefs the last four straight times in the regular season.
But this Week 9 matchup feels different with the Chiefs flying high and the Bills stuttering somewhat, and as such, NFL.com’s Dan Parr, in his game prediction, has the Bills’ regular-season streak over Kansas City ending on Sunday.
“A clear pattern has emerged between these two AFC heavyweights, with the Bills beating the Chiefs in four straight regular-season games and Kansas City eliminating Buffalo in four straight playoff matchups,” Parr writes. “I think the streak — at least the regular-season one — snaps this time around.”

Can Bills keep Chiefs streak going?
They can, and the Bills have the weapons to keep it going, but the Chiefs appear to be a different beast in 2025, with both sides of the ball now playing at an elite level.
Despite this game being played at Highmark Stadium, the Chiefs were picked to win by four of NFL.com’s five analysts, which shows how much confidence they have in Kansas City and how little they have in Buffalo.
With playoff implications, along with the mental fight that will come should the Bills lose.
But for whatever reason, Buffalo has Kansas City’s number in the regular season, and Sean McDermott will want that to continue on Sunday.
